ABOUT THIS POLICY
This policy explains how Trance Tech Radio handles personal information when you visit this website, contact the station or, once launched, submit a DJ set. Trance Tech Radio is responsible for deciding how that information is used.
INFORMATION WE CURRENTLY USE
The website may process basic technical information needed to deliver pages securely, including IP address, browser information, requested pages and security logs. Your cookie choices are stored in your browser.
The contact form currently prepares a message in your own email application. The website does not store that form submission. Your email provider and the receiving mailbox will process the message.
DJ SET SUBMISSIONS
The secure upload facility is not yet active. Before it launches, this policy will be updated with the exact information collected, storage location, retention periods and deletion process. Submissions will require confirmation that the DJ is at least 18 and has the necessary rights to provide the recording for review and broadcast.
COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING
Strictly necessary storage may be used without optional consent. Analytics and advertising technologies remain disabled unless you actively allow them. You can withdraw or change that choice at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.
WHY WE USE INFORMATION
- To operate, secure and maintain the website.
- To respond when you choose to contact us.
- To measure and improve the service where you have consented.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests in preventing misuse.
SHARING AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Information may be handled by essential website, hosting, email and security providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. If a provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate safeguards will be used where required.
YOUR UK DATA RIGHTS
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
CHILDREN
This station is intended for a general music audience and does not knowingly seek unnecessary personal information from children. Privacy-friendly settings are used by default. DJ set submission will be restricted to people aged 18 or over.
CONTACT
For a privacy request, use the contact section and select a general enquiry. Identity verification may be required before a rights request is completed.
